Sherlyn has worked for the prestigious Yash Raj Films banner in the film 'Dil Bole Hadippa'. She has a sizeable supporting role in the film. That of a UK based supermodel who is interested in a cricketer called Rohan (Shahid Kapoor).[2] Her early career was mainly in the B-grade films. She appeared in movies like Time Pass, Red Swastik and Game. She is one of the actresses who are known for their extreme exposure on screen. This has made her an extremely controversial person, along with the fact that her outspoken views on films, society and sexuality are often publicised. She has also acted in a Telugu film 'A film by Aravind' which went on to become a super hit thriller though she didn't have much to prove her acting prowess [3] .
